| Project Description |
The project has consisted of four phases: (1) establishing the format requirements for the new website, (2) developing the data needed for the website and recommending the format and content for an updated website to NPTO, (3) interfacing with the NPTO webmaster to upload the information to the web, and (4) maintaining updated information on the revised website through the webmaster. |
| Project Background |
The ECAS internet website provides petroleum industry users with the latest information on changing environmental regulations in a summarized fashion. DOE is transferring the task to routinely update the website information to ORNL. ORNL will submit the information to the DOE webmaster for uploading to the internet. |
