- Two continental breakfasts, four refreshment breaks, and a reception will be held in the exhibit area.
- The exhibit area will also be the venue for a 2-hour poster session during the reception.
- The exhibit hall is located near the meeting rooms making it convenient for meeting participants to interact with exhibitors during the Conference.
Exhibit Package
The cost of exihibit space is $1,800.00 and includes:
- 10 ft. by 10 ft. space
- Pipe, drape, carpeting
- Electricity
- 2 Chairs and table
- Two FREE registrations for exhibit staff (includes attendance at all sessions, continental breakfasts, breaks, lunches, a reception, meeting materials, and proceedings)
- Inclusion in pre-conference literature, abstract publication distributed at Conference, web page, and post-conference proceedings
