The Renaissance Mayflower Hotel, known as "The Second Best Address in Washington," is Washington, DC's largest luxury hotel. The hotel, built in 1925, has been extensively restored and is the recipient of the AAA Four-Diamond and Mobil Four Star awards.

Located in the heart of the nation's capital, the hotel conference facilities offer the finest in decor and amenities, including marble, crystal and rich wood appointments; state-of-the art adjustable lighting and sound systems; a full service, on-site audiovisual department; and high-speed Internet connections in each room.

The building is within walking distance of many of Washington, D.C.'s most visited monuments, the White House, the Capitol, and Smithsonian Museums.
