Registration for the 2005 Clean Coal and Power Conference is now open. You can register online through a secure online registration form (click on the link in the box to the right). Or you can print out the registration form and submit it by mail or fax to:

Those who register and pay prior to October 3, 2005, will be able to take advantage of lower fees.

Registration Fees

Registration fees cover continental breakfasts, luncheons, breaks, reception, meeting materials, and post-conference proceedings. After the form has been submitted and in order to guarantee your registration, the applicable registration fee must be received no later than November 7, 2005.

Fees

General Registration

$600.00 if paid by October 3; $650.00 after October 3

Speaker

$400.00 if paid by October 3; $450.00 after October 3
(applicable to one presenter per paper)

Exhibitor

No fee upon receipt of full payment for exhibit. Exhibit payment includes two (2) FREE registrations--limited to first two (2) exhibitors. Additional registrants pay the full fee.

Sponsors

No fee upon receipt of full sponsorship payment (Platinum limited to six (6) free conference registrations; Gold limited to two (2) free conference registrations)

Note that all fees increase by $50.00 after October 3, 2005. In order to take advantage of the reduced fee, registration forms and payment must be received by the cutoff date.

Payments

Payment of the registration fee may be made by credit card, check, or money order made payable to United States Energy Association (USEA). Checks or bank drafts must be drawn on a U.S. bank. You may mail your registration fee (include attendee name and title) to:

Cancellations

Cancellations received prior to November 7, 2005, will be refunded. After November 7, 2005, registrations will be non-refundable. Substitutions for registered attendees may be made at any time prior to the Conference.
