Xpress Natural Gas - FE Dkt. No. 12-168-CNG

The Office of Fossil Energy gives notice of receipt of an Application filed November 21, 2012 by Xpress Natural Gas (XNG), requesting long-term authorization to export compressed natural gas (CNG) by truck in an amount up to the equivalent of 12.5 Bcf of natural gas per year for a period of 12 years.  XNG requests authorization to export CNG to Canada from its compressor station currently under construction at Baileyville, Maine. Order 3222 was issued on 01/08/13.
