PROGAS U.S.A., INC.

FE DOCKET NO. 97-89-NG

ORDER AMENDING LONG-TERM AUTHORIZATION

TO IMPORT NATURAL GAS FROM CANADA

DOE/FE ORDER NO. 1330-A

In DOE/FE Order No. 1330 (1)(Order 1330), issued in FE Docket No. 97-89-NG on November 6, 1997, ProGas U.S.A., Inc. (ProGas), a Delaware corporation, was authorized to import natural gas from Canada. Specifically, ProGas has authority to import up to 30,000 Mcf per day of natural gas, plus gas required for transportation, beginning November 1, 1998, through March 1, 2008.

On December 2, 1997, ProGas filed an application requesting that the term of Order 1330 be amended to extend from November 1, 1998, through October 31, 2008. Due to a clerical error in the original ProGas application, the term of the import authorized by Order 1330 was stated erroneously.

Accordingly, pursuant to section 3 of the Natural Gas Act, the import authorization conferred by Paragraph A of DOE/FE Order No. 1330 is amended to read:

"ProGas U.S.A., Inc. (ProGas) is authorized to
import from Canada up to 30,000 Mcf per day of
natural gas, plus gas required for transportation,
beginning November 1, 1998, through and including
October 31, 2008...."

ProGas shall continue to be bound by all other terms and conditions set forth in Order 1330.

Issued in Washington, D.C., on December 12, 1997.
