NORTHEAST GAS MARKETS LLC

On December 8, 1998, the Office of Fossil Energy (FE) of the Department of Energy (DOE) issued DOE/FE Order No. 1443 (Order 1443) which granted Northeast Gas Markets LLC (NEGM LLC) blanket authority to import and export up to a combined total of 400 billion cubic feet of natural gas from and to Canada.(1) Order 1443 inadvertently omitted in Ordering Paragraph A , "over a two-year term". Accordingly, Ordering Paragraph A, second line, page two of DOE/FE Order 1443 is revised by adding "over a two-year term" after "Canada," .
