In DOE/ERA Opinion and Order No. 145 (Order 145)⁽¹⁾, issued September 23, 1986, the Economic Regulatory Administration of the Department of Energy granted NATGAS (U.S.), Inc. authorization to export up to 75 Bcf of natural gas to Canada. The term of the export is for a period of two years beginning on the date of first delivery. Deliveries under Order 145 have not yet begun. On December 11, 1997, Pan-Alberta Gas (U.S.) Inc. filed an application to amend Order 145 to reflect a corporate name change from NATGAS (U.S.), Inc. to Pan-Alberta Gas (U.S.) Inc., effective the date of this Order.

Accordingly, pursuant to section 3 of the Natural Gas Act, Order 145 is amended to substitute Pan-Alberta Gas (U.S.) Inc. for NATGAS (U.S.), Inc. as the exporter of natural gas.

All terms and conditions in Order 145 remain in full force and effect.
