ORDER VACATING NATURAL GAS

EXPORT AUTHORIZATION










DOE/FE ORDER NO. 930-A
















On April 7, 1994, the Department of Energy (DOE) granted blanket authorization to Gas Company of New Mexico (GCNM) in DOE/FE Order No. 930 (Order 930), 1 ERA 70,948, to export up to 8 Bcf of natural gas from Mexico over a two-year term beginning on the first export delivery. Deliveries of natural gas under Order 656 have not begun.

On September 8, 1997, the Office of Fossil Energy of DOE was notified that GCNM no longer wishes to have this authority and requests that the authorization granted by Order 930 be vacated. Accordingly, pursuant to section 3 of the Natural Gas Act, the authorization to export natural gas granted by Order 930 is hereby vacated.
