On March 9, 1998, Phillips Alaska Natural Gas Corporation and Marathon Oil Company (the applicants) filed a consolidated response to the comments and motions for additional procedures submitted on February 20, 1998, by the intervenors in this proceeding. At the conclusion of their March 9 filing, the applicants proposed filing clarifications of Exhibit L to their December 22, 1997, Initial Comments.

The applicants' request is granted for the limited purpose of the proposed clarification, including supporting data. Any clarification must be filed and served on all parties no later than 4:30 p.m., E.D.T., April 15, 1998. Intervenors may file and serve on all parties reply comments limited to the applicants' clarification no later than 4:30 p.m., E.D.T., May 15, 1998.
